Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and AGM AI LLC (“AGM AI”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of useagmai.com and its services. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

AGM AI provides fantasy football analysis built from data you connect: league settings, rosters, and public statistics. Projections, grades, and recommendations are estimates from public data sources, provided for entertainment and informational purposes only, with no guarantee of accuracy or outcomes. AGM AI is not professional, financial, or gambling advice, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, ESPN, CBS, the NFL, or any team or player.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use AGM AI and at least 18 to purchase a subscription. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. Platform credentials you provide to connect a league travel with your own requests and are never stored by us.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Parts of the service require a paid Pro subscription. New accounts may receive a free trial of Pro; when the trial ends, the account moves to the free tier automatically, and nothing is charged unless you subscribe. Current prices are shown at checkout: $8.99 per month, $29.99 per 6 months, or $44.99 per year, plus any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period and your payment method is charged at renewal until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Manage plan; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. For billing problems, contact us through the feedback form and we will make it right; refunds beyond what the law requires are at our discretion.

4. Referral rewards

Members may earn free months of Pro through the referral program shown on their home page. Rewards require genuine referrals: real people who join through your link, connect a league, and use the service. We may withhold or revoke rewards earned through self-referrals, duplicate or alias accounts, or other manipulation, and we may change or end the referral program at any time. Earned rewards are not transferable and have no cash value.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping at scale, reselling, probing or disrupting the infrastructure, or using the service to violate any law or any third-party platform’s terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

6. Your data

You keep ownership of your league data. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service. Connected league data may inform anonymous, aggregated benchmarks; nothing identifying a league, manager, or person is shared or shown. 7. Availability and changes

AGM AI is under active development. The service, including features included in any tier, may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We aim for reliability during the fantasy season but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGM AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or fantasy outcomes, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $50 if you paid nothing.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6, 8, and 10) survive it.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions or concerns: reach us through the feedback form in the app.
